This isn't a post about Down syndrome this morning, and could be construed as a little bit of weekend filler, but certainly no less important when it comes to our kids and our own well-being.
Especially those of us with smart phones.

Oh that good KC news station. I actually saw this report right after we got our androids and we quickly made sure our GPS for pics was OFF! A must do for anyone!!!
Yikes! I just went to check my phone and, thankfully, this was already set to off. Whew.
